Perched at nearly 9,400 feet, Deoban is a paradise for birdwatchers and nature enthusiasts. In spring, rare Himalayan woodpeckers, warblers, and thrushes flit through centuries-old cedar boughs. On clear autumn mornings, over 50 snow-clad peaks stand lined across the horizon.
